个人简历

2004年在苏州大学获得学士学位,2009年在南京大学获得博士学位,并被评为优秀研究生,随后来北京理工大学工作。2011年3月至4月期间到巴黎第七大学进行访问。参加多项国家自然科学基金,并主持国家自然科学基金委科技部主任基金和校基金各一项。

工作经历

科研方向

研究方向:微纳光学调控、半导体微结构光电元激发性质

研究手段:解析推导与数值模拟相结合。

研究内容:(1)利用外加磁场控制半导体微腔发射的单光子极化;(2)设计基于半导体微腔中元激发共振散射的全光开关;(3)计算半导体微腔中元激发的非线性相互作用与外加磁场的关系;(4)提出半导体微腔中激子极化激元抗磁性源自于激子极化激元间的非线性相互作用;(5)利用光学Fano共振剪裁半导体微腔的光学模式。
