已经取得的研究成果:
韩俊峰长期从事光电材料和光伏器件方面的研究,相关领域发表SCI论文30余篇,主要成果如下:
(1) 铜铟镓硒太阳能电池研究:
2007年时成功制备小型电池 (2cm×2cm, 10% efficiency) 和大面积组件(30cm × 30cm, 6% efficiency),完成中试生产,并且将该项技术产业化;2010年又成功设计和制备管式铜铟镓硒电池 (Φ30×250mm),与两年后投入到产业化生产阶段。
采用X射线光电子谱和透射电镜技术,深入研究薄膜电池的各个界面的物理化学性质,发表论文10余篇。
(2) 碲化镉太阳能电池研究:
2009年成功制备小型电池 (2cm×2cm, 11% efficiency),采用X射线光电子谱和同步辐射技术,深入研究薄膜电池的各个界面的化学性质和能带结构,改进电池结构,提高其光电转换效率,发表论文10余篇。2012年之后专注于研究碲化镉电池组件的退化机制,通过实验和理论分析,建立电池退化模型,其结果被法国电力公司采用,其结果涉及千万欧元的光伏项目。
(3)铜锌锡硫电池研究:
采用溅射硫化和电沉积等技术方案,制备高质量铜锌锡硫薄膜。研究薄膜中的缺陷密度和能级结构。发表论文5篇。
