2005年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所，获理学博士学位。2005-2008在清华大学从事博士后研究。
工作经历
2008年6月起在北京理工大学工作，2010年8月起为物理学院副教授，现兼任原子分子簇科学教育部重点实验室副主任。科研方向
研究领域：薄膜的生长机理与物性研究；低维材料与器件及其应用中的物理问题。
实验条件：真空镀膜实验室：包括磁控溅射，离子束辅助溅射沉积，电子束蒸发，分子束外延等镀膜机系统； 紫外曝光实验室，能够进行基本的微加工实验； 简单的光电特性测量设备。
主持完成国家自然科学基金一项，教育部博士点基金一项，参与自然科学基金多项。主持并完成中国博士后科学基金一项，北京理工大学校内各种基金多项。以主要作者发表SCI论文20余篇。
学生培养
“无论学生是何种出身，何种性格，将来从事何种职业，都不会让他们和我在一起虚度光阴”。
每年招收两2名左右的硕士研究生，截止2014年，已招收硕士研究生14人，协助培养博士生1人，已毕业7人，其中3人或校优秀论文奖（获奖率5%），已毕业的学生都有很好的工作去向
